Option 1: Standard Contract
You task Jobsgarden with the recruitment of an employee. As contingency fee we charge 21% of the expected annual gross salary of the employee placed.
Option 2: Exclusive Contract
You task Jobsgarden exclusively with the recruitment of an employee in your company. As contingency fee we charge 18% of the expected annual gross salary of the employee placed.
