ITJobs Ltd have been in the recruitment business since 2001. The tracking number of ITJobs at Labor Centre is 37430/2001-0100. The registered profile is recruitment and staff leasing. The aims at the beginning were to create a link between IT professionals that seek employment and companies that seek IT professionals.

ITJobs went through a dynamic development since then. The attendance of our web site, the size of our database, the number of professionals that found their jobs through ITJobs and our clients have grown significantly. Today we are proud to have more than 500 Hungarian and international companies as our clients.
 

To suit our actions to the clients we have started Jobsgarden division which oversteps the field of IT and covers other segments of labour market such as sales, customer service, finance, HR and administrative areas.
Fastness is important to us in our project work which we can provide with our well maintained database and by quality pre-screening of the candidates.
In our service portfolio besides recruitment we established and strengthened staff leasing, outplacement (sustainer cut-back), HR consultancy and online services (placing advertisements, CV pre-screening).
The company did not only extend its Hungarian portfolio, but continuously expanded to neighboring countries. Besides Budapest there are ITJobs offices in Bucharest, Kiev, Vienna, Belgrade.

We have renewed our database and web site with the support of the European Union, and the financial support of the European Regional Development Found in 2009.
 

The managing director of ITJobs Zsuzsanna Gardus has taken her degrees at ELTE and Corvinus Universities. She is a certified coach. She has continuously been working in HR on consultative side in different leading positions since 1996. She has large experience in executive searches, carrier management, outplacement, executive consultancy, recruitment and staff leasing.
She is a leading member of the Hungarian Outsourcing Association, a curator of Hungarian Service Industry and Outsourcing Association.
She has actively contributed her share of the dynamically growing consultative market in the past 13 years. Along with growing the income and introducing innovative HR services to Hungarian market.
